Client Services Coordinator (Concord, NC)

This is a full-time, year-round position that supports our partners, sponsors, clients and the Client Services team.


  • Assist the Client Services team with contract deliverables, activation, and fulfillment
  • Address client concerns and resolve as needed in consultation with the Client Services team
  • Perform support duties, including but not limited to: preparing items for shipment, coordinating hospitality, invoice and budget reconciliation, researching new promotional ideas, and other activities
  • Partner with the rest of the Client Services team, Operations and Marketing to execute events and/or marketing endeavors
  • Provide customer service to customers through call center ticket sales and support
  • Update and maintain status reports, administrative documents, meeting agendas and notes.
  • Create recap documents for events and assist in providing mid-year and year-end wrap-up reports
  • Create ad hoc reports as necessary
  • Serve as a resource to coordinate successful execution of events
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • 2 years previous customer service experience required; this may include part-time employment or internships
  • Interest in motorsports, especially dirt racing, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; concentration in marketing, public relations or sports/motorsports management desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High sense of ownership and personal accountability
  • Able to solve problems on own balanced with the knowledge of when to seek assistance from others
  • Strong organizational skills necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • History of and willingness to work in a team environment

Other Information:

  • This position is based in Concord, NC. No relocation assistance is available
  • This position will have limited travel, averaging 20% monthly with a concentration occurring during racing season. Travel is both domestic and international. Candidate will be responsible for procuring necessary personal documents for international travel if necessary.
  • This position frequently requires sitting for long periods of time; occasional standing, bending, kneeling and twisting; using hand to grasp, reach and feel; occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds; and close vision. The position is based indoors and will occasionally be exposed to the elements.
